so i have encounter stringing the in my PLA, what i did was buy a dehumidifier, then a weather seal plastic container to store them in after with silca to absorb while its stored. The dehumidifier will be used to suck all the water, then store to keep it dry till i use it, hope that is right.

stringing with pla is more likely down to your print temperature and retraction settings and the specific brand of pla - my pla pretty much just sits in the workshop. I don't get stringing any more.

I've found it's a mix of the brand of pla, retraction settings and print temperature.
Too cool or too hot and you risk stringing.

My delta pla settings are: 3 mm retraction distance and 70mm/s speed.
Print temps usually 200 - 215 depending on how fast I'm printing. lower temp for slower sprints.
They should work well for the mini-delta
