    Problem with eSUN PLA+ filament?

    CIMG0143.jpg

I have PowerSpec 3D Pro printer (Flashforge Creator Pro clone) with Micro Swiss All-Metal Hotends. After printing a box, I tried to print some thing that holds pieces of plywood in correct place on my CNC router and tried to print the 3DBenchy boat but the thing that holds the plywood is missing the pegs that go into the pegboard and 3DBenchy was a mess. How can I fix the problem?

    slicer, print settings etc.
You need to give us as much info as possible.

Just saying: 'it doesn't work - how do i fix it ?'
    Doesn't really help :-)

any reason you don't have the cooling fan at 100% ?
I set mine for 0% for first 2 layers and then 100% for the rest.
There's really no point in anything but 0 or 100.

    so speed is 60mm/s ?

220 seems very hot for 60mm/s
    210 probably a better bet.
Far as benchy's go - just never seen the point.
Print something small you actually want. Then if it works it's a gain and if it doesn't you haven't wasted much plastic.
makerbolts are a great test piece: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:9095/#files
make the bolt 1% smaller and the nut 1% larger for a really smooth fit.
Great for fiddling with or giving away as they demonstrate a lot of practical applications of 3d printing.

The peg thing would sounds like more a design issue than slicer issue.
check wall thickness. If you set up s3d right it will use single walls - but unless you tell it to, it only uses double walls and won't actually render parts that only use single wall.

I think you're maybe just printing too hot and with not enough cooling.
    didn't know they'd release 4.01 :-)
