Wanhao 5s mini nozzle converter

Hey!

My Wanhao 5s mini nozzle is really beaten upp, and I'm looking for a new one. Any cheap suggestions? The OEM ones seem to go for about 20$ each, and have questionable quality. Any way to use some sort of converter, and run the printer with e3d nozzles?

Thinking of cutting and tapping the inside of the old nozzle to m6-1 threads; using it as a converter. Then I could use old E3d nozzles that I have lying around. Any reason that wouldn't work?

Could I also use 1.75mm filament nozzles? The printer uses 3mm filament. If no; any mods I can do to the nozzles to make them work?
