    FLashforge Platform Stuck

    My prints are stopping 1/2 way and platform is stuck. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

    This isn't good, something may be overheating on your board or a sensor is failing.

    Is there any indication on the ReplicatorG -top yellow building bar - as to what's happening?
    Can you move the platform manually (twisting the Z axis lead screw by hand- ..after stopping/cancelling all builds/processes)?
    Bad file? (try another?) Happened to me {the old Eiffel tower -bad file}

    If it was his Z axis he would be hearing it, that would be a physical problem.

    If it was a bad file, you would assume he'd tried all the ones on the SD card before posting here, so I would also assume he has tried several files and it's still stopping.

    When a thermistor fails (a $5 part that is easy to replace ) it causes ALL SORTS of havoc. One of which is prints finishing sooner than expected. The information from those thermistors are constantly being used and adjusted, if one of them is out then so will your prints be.
