Raiscube R2 Won't Feed Correctly

So i finished building this Raiscube r2 printer and all is going well until i try to print something and it's moving like its printing but the stepper motor that feeds the extruder just bounces the filament up and down and not out the nozzle. It does this repeatedly. When i choose to test this by feeding it manually (Not printing) it feeds out the nozzle correctly. I'm so confused why it will work when not printing in pre-setup but won't work while printing? The stepper motor for the board it came with is assigned as the E Motor and my wiring is identical as other motors, A-red B-Blue C-Green D-Black .
