Raft problems

I am using a Flashforge Creator Pro. When I print with a raft, the raft fuses to the print and cannot be removed. If I don't use a raft, often the print must be removed with so much force, I am afraid I will damage the machine. Any suggestions?

what filament and print surface are you using ?
Also what slicer ?

I was using version of Cura earlier this year and had problems with the raft adhering to the part. After an update, it looked like the raft approach was changed and then rafts just popped off as it was supposed to. I don't know what you're using, but that was my issue with rafts fusing.
