I have tried printing the body repeatedly, but it starts to air print every time when it hits the honeycomb of squares on the vertical part. Has anyone successfully printed this on a home printer? I'm using PLA with a Replicator 2, and I've tried slicing with MakerBot and Curia, and tried a variety of settings but always get the same thing.
