I'm interested in the new HE3D H500 printer. Is the power supply 12V or 24V?

there are two power supply in this printer, one power supply is 12V which give the power to the hotend and the motherboard,
the other power supply is outer power which give the power to the heat bed, you can plug it to your room socket 110V or 220V

Why not 24V power supply for stepper motors and hotend? Is the hotend all-metal instead of having PTFE tubes?
