    Hello,
    greetings from San Francisco...South.
    How do I make a 3D model of the San Francisco Bay area and the bay coastline???

    This Free Online Web Site will allow download of STL files that You can select on a map.

    Tereain2STL Creates STL models of the surface of the earth.
    Moon2STL Creates STL Models of the surface of the Moon.


    This will create a STL of whatever you want.
    Model Details allows you to size the Model Box

    You May have to 3D Print in sections as the map is quite detailed.
    There are Instructions you can read.
