Trying to print a cylinder lying down

Hello,

I tried to print this Jack Puzzle (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2404845) on a brand new 3D delta printer (https://www.reprap-france.com/produi...rodelta-rework) with PLA at 200°C, slow speed and Cura Engine slicer.

The shape is basically an horizontal cylinder. When I tried to print it (piece by piece) it came out with a weird shape on the the bottom half, the other half is fine (see pictures below). I tried to print it upwards and the result is way better but it is much more slow (18min / 45min) and it is only a workaround, I would like to be able to print a ball or similar shapes.
