What lubrication should I get for my Makerbot?

When the printer runs now it makes squeaking noises as the build head moves. We learned from the last time this happened that we need lubricant when this happens.

Last time we didn't act fast enough and we had a motor burn out.

Where should I buy some, and what should I buy?

I believe you'd want to pick up some lithium grease. I use it often on DVD drive rails. You need to use only a very small amount. http://www.amazon.com/CRC-5037-White...8094367&sr=1-1

Yep lithium grease will do the trick. I have used wd-40 before, but Im not sure if that's really the best solution.
