Tried to replace Marlin with Repetier - No Fans

I'm building a Anycubic K2 (mini kossel)

It uses this board:

I am trying to replace the Marlin firmware with Repetier.

I found a version that someone did that seems to basically work (things move where they should).

BUT neither of the fans (one on the hotend, one for cooling the work) is turning.

Before I reinvent the well does anyone have a suggestion as to where in the firmware to look for this problem?

Or should I just replace the board?
