    new matter mod t help

    just received the new matter mod t printer, im going thru the setup process and it gives me a warning that i can not proceed because printer is linked to a previous account and i need to unlink it before i continue setting it up with my account. How is this possible since its supposed to be a brand new printer? can anyone help? Thanks.

    sounds like you got a refurb. Can you do a factory reset on the firmware ?
