Correlation between nozzle size and print strength

Hi,

I think this might be a stupid question but I was wondering if there is any correlation between the strength of a 3D printed part if the part was printed with a 0.2mm and 0.4mm nozzle size with a layer height of 0.1mm and an 80% infill, i.e. will printing with a 0.2mm nozzle produce stronger parts compared to printing with a 0.4mm nozzle, and also will using a 0.4mm nozzle ensure better layer adhesion compared to a 0.2mm nozzle?

I would say that strength is more down to things like bed leveling and print height accuracy (Getting good lamination) plus good temperature control minimising warping and getting good adhesion.

Strength is mainly in the design. Wall thickness, correct infil and a high level of printability all contribute, but nozzle size really makes very little difference IMHO
