    Extrusion issues

    Can't figure this one out. Flashforge dreamer printing perfectly for 2 years.
    Vertical walls are great horizontal plates get holes blown in it. Had a shorted heatbed replaced it and the harness. PTFE tubes were replaced. Nozzles soked cleaned and reset and height set within .001 with feeeler gages on glass. Did upgrade S3D to the latest version.
    Settings are for ABS.
    Bed = 110 to 90 c tried various settings in this range good bed adherence throught the range.
    Ext temps. = 210 to 240 similar result.
    Layer height= .2
    First layer height = 70%
    First layer speed = 35%
    First layer ext width = 125%
    Nozzle diameter = .40
    Ext multiplier = 1.05 to 0.90 (no change)
    Ext width = .4 to .48
    Infill = 20 to 100%
    Support density anywhere between 30-100%
    Speed is 60
    Outlines at 3 @ 50% underspeed. Tops and bottoms at 4.
    These settings have been varried incrementally throught the ranges individually. Do I have a hardware issue and where to look. I was printing flawlessly until resently.

    What was it? I didn't see the second pic. That looks like pillowing.

    I had jacked my extrusion parameters around to print some small drive train (gears) parts i needed solid. The diametrical pitch was at the point where on the small idlers were not printing the way i wanted them to. I posted the results in the google group. You're a member there.
