    ISO & ASTM International Create Additive Manufacturing Standards Structure

    The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and ASTM International have recently been working together to create the Additive Manufacturing Standards Development Structure. With this new framework they offer guides for industry experts as well as standards development organizations. This allows for a central forum and encourages cohesion as well as a way to prioritize areas requiring standards. They also aim to encourage the use of additive manufacturing further.
