    There are some conductive filaments. Conductivity ranges from 10^9 ohms/cm (good for ESD purposes) down to .6 Ohms/cm (Graphene) depending upon the material selected. There is a Co. that sells samples of that sort of stuff if you are interested, I think their name was 'global filament supply depot usa' or something like that.

    There are no printable plastics that are dissipative in their raw form. The only way to make that happen is to either surface treat them or mix in additives.
