Odd PETG printing issues!

Im having some odd issues when printing with HATCHBOX PETG filament.

Im using a Flashforge Creator Pro, ReplicatorG, with Skeinforge(50) slicer.

My issue is that I am seeming to get varying results with (I think) the same settings. Settings right now are:

Infill: 25%
Layer Height: .2 mm
Num Shells: 1
Feedrate: 50 mm/s
Travel Feedrate: 90 mm/s
Nozzle temp: 240 c
Filament dia: 1.75 mm
Nozzle dia: .4 mm
Bed temp: 70 c



in the image is the different results im getting:

On the left its all good, on the right I dont know what the issue is.

Any thoughts?

P.S. I have been leveling my print bed before each print.

How much time between the two? And in which order?

The one on the left was first, the one on the right was done 2 hrs later
