FF Creator Pro - 2 end stops not working, any suggestions?

I have a Flash Forge Creator Pro that has 2 endstops not working. The Z endstop works. X and Y endstop will light up when pressed but will not stop the motors.

I've tested this using the jog function as well. The led lights will come on and I can hear the 'click', but X and Y will not stop moving.
