Increasing the accuracy and resolution of images from the DLP even further, Autodesk’s Steve Kranz has offered a video that explains how you can kind of fool your DLP printer into allowing you to print higher resolution than it is designed to allow. This means you produce finer images without buying new hardware. Showing you how pixels can be controlled through luminosity, Steve goes into further detail explaining the use of grayscale and more complex pixel setups. As easy as this is to do, you might expect to see something like this as standard output on DLP printers in the near future.
