Using an additive manufacturing technique that involves coating a surface in multiple layers of nanocomposites, researchers at Queen Mary University of London have come a step closer to creating an actual invisibility cloak. While the technology can't make humans invisible (sorry!) it can make certain objects disappear, at least where electromagnetic waves are concerned, by causing curved surfaces to appear flat. This could result in new applications that could potentially have a big impact on aerospace and engineering. Read more at 3DPrint.com: https://3dprint.com/142846/invisibil...ak-queen-mary/
