IFS has just released some eye-opening results about the perceptions businesses around the world have regarding the impending digital transformation that most are expected to go through in the near future. While the majority expect it to happen, 40% have no idea how they are going to implement that in their business. Man. How is this even still an issue for any company with more than 5 employees?

Hell, even a small business of 2 people is mostly digital because it's just that much easier to manage.

    Hi

Any company that didn't "transform" about 20 to 30 years ago was left in the dust. Raise your hands children, how many of you are still waiting for the company to get its first computer?

Obviously, there are just about zero hands raised.

"Digital Transformation" apparently has a very elastic definition

Wow really good information you have shared with us. Digital transformation is a term that has been thrown around a lot for the last couple of years. Even today, it means several things to several people.

Starting on large-scale digital transformation strategy is risky when the movers and shakers of your organization are debating its real meaning and the imperative for it.
