The Adafruit team, as usual, has come up with a fun—and highly functional—design for 3D printing enthusiasts who enjoy recording activities and life. To create a time-lapse camera with a 3D printed case, they’ve offered a detailed tutorial that allows you to go step by step in downloading, 3D printing, and wiring the setup around the Raspberry Pi Camera v2. Once complete, you can wear it on your shirt, pack, or a lanyard—as well as setting it up on a tripod. The camera can capture a 1280x720 pixel JPEG image every 15 seconds, with everything saved on an SD card for editing later.
