    Did you try to call the technical support in your area? In my area they are very helpful, I mean 646 area code location. You can find contacts in your area on the Internet. And they will give you professional advice how to adjust all features to achieve a desirable result. You may even bring your printer to their office to be sure you have done everything properly. I think that will solve all the issues.
