need help with PLA cube

I have made the 20mm cube, and the bottom is 20mm, other dimensions are not. Besides mading this cube, I have made a cuboid also having the same problems. Can you suggest what's wrong with my print ?

Extrusion rate is probably a little high. Take it down a couple of % and see if the dimensional accuracy improves.

Looking at the pictures you have a few other issues with print accuracy as well. Worth checking belts etc. are tight and probably slowing things down a bit as well.
