Slic3r optimal gcode for CTC printet

Hi there,
I have just received my eBay CTC dual printer and quickly discovered how shite the supplied software is.
Soooo I could print a model albeit crap, using Replicator et al (on a raft) so I know my basic config is OK. Then I settle on using Slic3r after exploring all the other (free) software options.
I found Slicer by default messed with my xyz's using printer etc, but realised this could be rectified by start gcode and end gcode settings for a project.

I copied Replicator code to the same start/end gcode in Slicer and I got a waaaay better print output than.. Replicator.

So .. What is the best PLA and ABS script for our printer using Slic3r?

In reply to my own thread - I have conceded to purchase Simplify3D and can attest to it working well with the CTC Dual I have and producing reliable hassle print widgets - YAY!
