It’s amazing how far we’ve come with 3D printing, and especially in terms of space travel. One must wonder if Chuck Hull had any inkling his technology would take us so far when we see how it is impacting space travel. Now, NASA is testing a new 3D printed rocket engine turbopump with liquid methane, a propellant that should prove to very convenient for travel to Mars since it is easier to store and can also actually be made from carbon dioxide which is in great supply on Mars.
