MakerBot Replicator Several Issues

Our school has a MakerBot Replicator2 that was just taken out of the box. It was in the box for a long time so the warranty is off of it. Rather than try to describe all of the problems I'm having I'll attach a link to a video that shows the issues we're having. I didn't edit it for time so sorry if it's a little long. Any help would be appreciated.

your Rep2 look quite a mess. It's dismantled and has several issues.
I would strongly suggest: take it to Makerbot Service center.
They will know how to fix it the best.

I would call them and explain the situation. Though it's out of warranty... if I were them I would want to fix that crap for nothing. It's absolutely something I would take care of if I owned the company!!!

Is the control panel supposed to be loose like that ?
