Over the last few years it has been said that 3D Printing could bring a lot of manufacturing back to the US and Europe from China, India, and the rest of Asia. It appears as though the Asian countires don't want this, and don't want to been viewed as simply cheap, mindless labor providers. Over the last couple months China as well as Singapore have been hotspots for 3D Printing vendors. In fact Startasys has recently announced that they have infiltrated China, and the German 3D Printing company, EOS has stated they will be setting offices up in Shanghai. Asia doesn't want to be left behind it appears, and this is certainly a positive sign for the 3D Printing industry.
