A lot of people are still wary of 3D printed food, but I doubt anyone will have a problem with the chocolates and other desserts that Peter Zaharatos designs for his new café, Sugarcube Dessert & Coffee. Zaharatos, an architect, uses the same process he uses to design buildings to design his desserts: he sketches them, then 3D models and prints them. He uses the 3D prints to create molds, which he then gives to his pastry chef to create geometric, architectural and artistic chocolate.
