I know there are A lot of these on Thingiverse but this is my take on it.
This is my third design of the key chain and after a several months of use it still looks good.

It is bolted together with 4 3m x 13 bolts and nuts. and has spacers were bolts go though where there are no keys to stop flex.

This one was designed to hold 4 keys but one could modify the height of the spacers for more or less keys.
