While there were some major bumps in the road last year for MakerBot and Stratasys, it would seem they are starting the new year with a fresh new partnership and program that should both empower their customers as well as really working to capture market share of the products both companies manufacture and contract out to resellers. With this new sales partnership program, the two companies will be able to cross-sell products, and they will also be able to offer one large portfolio to their customers who can use the MakerBots early in prototyping and then the Stratasys products for the more formal and final products.
