At CES 2016, Lenovo is showing off a unique new twist for the traditional tablet, allowing for users to attach modules to the ThinkPad X1 for versatility. While each module is priced separately, they can be purchased and attached to the bottom of the tablet. The productivity module allows adds an extra five hours of battery power to the tablet (in addition to the standard ten), the presenter module allows for the projection of a portable 60-inch display on a wall or surface, and the 3D camera module can be attached for capturing, editing, and 3D printing files using Intel’s RealSense technology. The base tablet will retail for $899, with the productivity and 3D module selling separately at $149 each. The presenter module is a bit steeper at $279. The ThinkPad X1 should be available to the public in February. Read more at 3DPrint.com: http://3dprint.com/113608/lenovo-thinkpad-x1/
