The CoLiDo line of 3D printers are exceptionally quiet during operation, and typically only contribute between 30 to 40 decibels of sound to ambient background noise. Based on internal testing their 3D printers can be up to 40% quieter than other popular printer brands available on the market. That helps significantly reduce overall noise pollution in the home or office more than enough to be noticed. CoLiDo says that their printers are quieter because they specifically engineered them to use higher quality parts and better construction methods, which both contribute to producing less noise.
