    Pagoda Corners(?) on calibration cube.

I don't know what else to call it. It doesn't look like the corners are lifting of the blue build sheet, it looks like there is too much material is being extruded only at the corners. The layers at the corners curl up. ABS at 220, plate at 110, 1.7mm filament diameter, replicator 4G, .3 layer height, 100% fill, 2 shells, no raft, federate 200....out of the box settings.

    TIA KK

Out of the box settings... there's your problem. You really need to sit with your printer and get to know it inside and out as it will need to be fine-tuned. The out-of-the-box settings will not give you great results.

    A few points:
    - You must calibrate your extruder!! Must! You don't say what printer you have but here's a good place to start.
    - Decrease print speed to 50mm/s.
    - A bed temp of 110 degrees is too high for ABS. Drop it to 95.
    - Increase your extruder temp to 230 for now. You can fine tune that later.

Do all of that first. And report back.

+1 to all Sebastian said but 100% infill is also probably part of your problem. Put it back down to 25% for now. It won't make the part noticeably weaker and it will help with your issues. A LOT.

100% is required for calibration. But after that you certainly drop it to whatever you want.

And yeah 100% infill is pointless for most prints.
