Dual extruder - left extruder is off target

Hello all and thank you in advance for any help! I am new to 3D printing and I'm having a serious issue with my FlashForge Creator Pro. I am trying to print the traffic cone sample flash drive. The red (right when facing) extruder prints beautifully. The left prints two inches from the right and it just creates a glob. It has NEVER printed correctly. I've adjusted the settings and reset the motherboard completely. Nothing helps. I've been emailing Mr. Tang but nothing is working. Any tips on calibration? Any other ideas? Thank you.

Hi! You can calibrate your extruders and adjust its nozzles. Here is another related forum post for your guide. You can also read this another resource if the problem still persists. Hope this helps!
