    PC-Plus & PC-Max Filament

    3D printing materials manufacturer Polymaker and advanced polymer developer Covestro created a new line of polycarbonate 3D printing filament designed for use with desktop 3D printers. Polymaker PC-Plus and Polymaker PC-Max reduce the required printing temperature from 300 – 320 ºC down to a moderate 250 – 270 ºC. Once printed, Polymaker PC can withstand temperatures well over 100 °C to 110 °C (212°F to 230°F) without warping or losing its shape.     This is definitely the stiffest filament i've worked with so far. Printed at 250C extr / 80C bed with a brim, no raft, on this :

    Polymaker send their optional Builtak sheet, it sticks really well, but the problem, it sticks too well. I could not manage to remove the print, even after letting it cool down completely. I ripped off the sheet. My PEI sheet is better, i just let it cool down and the part comes right off.

    So far i'm quite impress by this filament. It does not have the nice matte finish like the ProtoPasta high temp carbon filled PLA, it's shiny like normal PLA. But it's stiffest.
    They built a lift entirely 3d printed and lifted 240 kgs, not bad:
