printing moving part?

I'm new, and I saw a video of one of those dream machines printing a working wrench. I want to get a FlashForge 3D printer. Are they good and can they print parts that can move, and what can they not print?

I have seen reprap style printers make gears and the gears be used in moving parts.

I have printed a whistle. I only had to break the pea free from the inside wall to have it work.
