    3Doodled Barbie Clothes

The team at 3Doodler has come up with a great project for all the Barbie and Ken fans, as well as those who are budding fashion designers. With the 3Doodler you can actually create an entire wardrobe for both of the style icon dolls, simply using masking tape as a foundation to use the 3D printing pen on, applying the hot filament directly to the tape for good adhesion. Using tight straight lines, you can 3D print your own basic clothing onto the dolls, while some more complex pieces might require measuring and ‘doodling’ while the fabric in progress lies flat. Now, this is a great project, and a great match for the technology. And it introduces additive manufacturing to youth with hardly any frustrations.
