Drawing inspiration from the eWaste 3D printer, a DIY FFF 3D printer project posted last year on Instructables able to be constructed for just around $60, Spanish designer Eneko Montero has iterated upon the design to create his own reimagined machine. Ultimately a full redesign, the eGarbigune 3D printer can be built for under $80, featuring an open source design with many recycled and 3D printable components. This FFF-based 3D printer features three CD/DVD drives (rather than the eWaste's two), increasing the size of the build envelope.
