I have a problem with the printing.

    Hello everyone.

I have started to learn how to use the 3d printer recentely and now I have a problem with my file.

I have made this file with Rhino 5.0 mac and Makerbot Raplicator 2 is used for the printing.

Problem is that 'back part' printed in the right place in the beginning. However, it started to print in thestrange place after 2 hours and even another file is crashed and I could not send file from computer to machine.

Does anyone can solve the problem of my file? My school workshop tutors said that probably it is my file's problem but they could not find the problem.

Thank you and I will approciate if anyone can determine the problem.

( Sorry about my bad english, I am not good at english yet )

i'm not sure what the problem is, i don't think it's your files. I loaded them just fine and sliced them. I have to say though, it did take a while to slice them and the parts say they would take 6 and 20 hours each at 0.2mm layer (bottom and main), and they seem to use a lot of plastic, but they do not seem that big to me on the preview.

    Hi there
I would suggest you install Netfabb studio basic. Its free. Just register and you are ok to go.
Then import all STL before you print them to check for errors.
If your file have errors inside, then you will get triangle as market on picture with 1.

In this case you have to correct it by clicking on 2.
then follow default steps for correction.
After that save your corrected file under Part->Export part->as ASCII
and you save it under new name.

    Then you are ok.
I tested your part, as you can see from picture, it has errors inside.

    Regards
    Roberto
