Question Simplify3D Dual Color part set up (stl)

I can't seem to find help on how to set up the parts so that they properly align when you do a merge to
do a dual color print. Anyone here know where the origin of each part needs to be so they can be
merge correctly? I can't get the STLs to line up propperly. I'm generating my own models using
    PTC CREO 2.0.

    Thanks

Select Tools>Dual Extrusion Wizard then set your options and click OK.

click the button on the left that makes both centred and aligned - that usually does it.

Then if you want to move the combined part - move everything together.

I guess I wasn't very clear. Sorry. But below is what I'm getting. The name is floating in space. I need to get it down on the keychain's surface.

    Thanks

Is the text and keychain separate STL files?, if so then the Dual Extrusion Wizard option mentioned above should auto merge the two STL files, if they are not separate STL files you would need to redo to create separate STL files, other wise I believe you will need to understand GCODE to change the script accordingly. You can also move your objects (assuming you have separate STL files) by doubling clicking the object to bring up move options.

basically just double click the text file and change the z axis height.

You need two seperate files for dual printing.
