Check Out This Nostaligic 3D Printed TV

Thingiverse user and 3D designer David Choi entered a 3D printed Retro television with a flexible NeoPixel matrix screen into Thingiverse’s Light It Up Challenge. The screen is controlled by the FadeCandy driver and allows the LED’s to show video and moving images. The case is being 3D printed from PLA and when the project is completed will have taken well over 200 hours of 3D printing time to complete. You can learn more about this incredible 3D printed project here: http://3dprint.com/87853/teleavia-matrix-tv-3d-printed/

Below is a picture of the 3D printed Teleavia Matrix that Choi entered into the Thingiverse challenge. What do you think?

So that others aren't fooled like I was, that is NOT a picture of the 3d printed version. Per the caption from the 3dprint article, the picture is "The original Teleavia Panoramic 111 television from 1957".
