Bobblehead software or App !

Hi,

I am looking for any 3d bobble-head creator software or application , which use's any photo and convert it into 3d model and later can be 3d printed. Can anyone please suggest best software or app available with pre- templates to choose from.

I turned up quite a few apps that will convert photo's to 3d models. Instructables has a few DIY's. But I don't see any apps that will churn out a ready to print bobblehead, probably going to have to learn how to do some intermediate modelling on your own.
