Materials, finishes, and color options for 3D printing are rolling out at a startling rate, and now Belgian 3D printing service bureau i.materialise has added to their comprehensive list of 99 materials with the latest entries to their roster. These new options, red gold plated brass and black color plated brass, are place over an alloy of copper and zinc, and the company says they're ideal for jewelry and sculptures. And as a bonus, the economical substitute for precious metals, brass, can be printed to reveal the same level of detail as the company's silver and gold materials.
