Some time ago I bought a 4030 CNC router from China, the quality is OK for the price and IMHO a good way to get started with CNC machining, but the clamps that came with it were not good at all, too big for what I intend to do and worst of all the bolt head was the wrong size for the bed T-slots so using them is a chore.
So... time to fire up the 3D printer to help out the CNC router, a favour that it should repay sooner or later when I replace some plastic parts in the printer with CNC'ed aluminium ones.

I did a clamping set, with two types of nut blocks, clamps and step blocks, it can be downloaded from Thingiverse: Clamp set for 4030 CNC router
I'll probably add more accessories for the CNC router later, I already designed and built a 3D printed, 1500W brushless powered spindle for it, but I haven't had time to test it properly yet.
