    Playing around constructing a smoke detector

    Last year I played around with constructing a smoke detector and wanted to find out what you guys thought?

    it's a bit big and clunky.
    Other than that - decent enclosure :-)

    Ok. Um...why? Don't smoke detectors come in their own enclosure already? They do here in the US at least.
