The creation of a tail that doesn't require a Hollywood special effects budget or just hang limply from a safety pin is simpler than it might seem. By reducing the complexity of animatronics and utilizing gravity rather than working against it, a small tail can be controlled by a servo to wag behind you as you walk. The housing for the servo can be printed on an FDM machine and includes a clip to attach it to clothing without damage.
