A girl named Jessica, in Brazil is the new recipient of a 3D printed titanium skull implant. Jessica recently suffered a bike accident that left a large 12 cm (4.7 inch) hole in her skull. She was suffering from headaches and the appearance of her head was not normal. Her mother, looking for a solution found a company who could 3D print a titanium implant.
