    CTC Giant 3D Printer

    Chinese company Zhuhai CTC Electronic Co., Ltd., has just announced the release of their CTC Giant 3D printer. The machine is priced at approximately $1,500 in China, and $2,500 abroad (quite a difference, but perhaps they are only looking to really capture the US market). Below you will find the key specifications for the Giant:



    • Build Envelope: 305mm x 305mm x 405mm
    • Positioning Accuracy: X/Y - 10 micron / Z - 1 micron
    • Layer Thickness: 0.4mm
    • Printing Materials: PLA and ABS
    • Nozzle Size: 0.4mm or 0.2mm
    • Max Printer Speed: 180mm/second
